Maintenance will be performed at our Service Center along with a Free Multi-Point Inspection.

We'll deliver your vehicle back to you after it's done and good to go!

Yes, within 5 miles of the dealership for most maintenance/repair services booked through Hallmark Subaru. Specialty services, third-party tows, or out-of-radius requests may incur fees.

Do I have to be present?

Someone 18+ must be present to release and receive the vehicle unless prior arrangements are approved. We’ll coordinate keys and handoff details during confirmation.

Can you service non-Subaru vehicles?

Yes! We service all makes and models.

What if I’m outside 5 miles?

Please call. Depending on schedule, we may be able to accommodate for a fee or recommend alternatives.

Availability varies by day/time, weather, and traffic conditions. Vehicle must be safe to operate; otherwise, towing may be required (fees may apply). Some services may require on-site visits. Exclusions: oversized/lifted vehicles beyond transporter capacity, hazardous cargo, inaccessible locations, or situations deemed unsafe by staff. Proof of insurance required; customer remains responsible for vehicle contents. Radius measured as driving distance from dealership.
